Reflecting on a stellar Xmas in July with SPORTENG!

What an incredible two days we’ve had at this year’s Xmas in July event! It was a fantastic blend of growth, giving back, and just plain fun. Here’s a look at what made this year’s event truly memorable and impactful.

Day 1: learning and growing together

We kicked off our event with a series of insightful training sessions. These workshops were designed to equip our team with the latest trends and knowledge in our industry. The energy and enthusiasm in the room were palpable as we dove into new strategies and shared ideas that will drive us forward in the coming year. It was a day dedicated to professional development, and everyone walked away with valuable insights that will help shape our future.

Day 2: giving back and having fun

The second day was a perfect blend of purpose and pleasure. We started with a heartfelt visit to Boots For All, an association we proudly sponsor. Our team rolled up their sleeves and got to work, assisting with the organisation’s inventory and setting up their extended retail space.

The SPORTENG Team were highly responsive to the organization’s mission and were very cooperative and productive in the time that we had together. The enthusiasm and efficiency at the tasks by the team to spring into action was really appreciated and significantly boosted our progress. We have worked with many workplace volunteering groups, and the SPORTENG Team were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Additionally, our team’s generosity went above and beyond as we collectively purchased $745 worth of goods for the SPORT FOR ALL Sports Inclusion Kits. This act of kindness was not only unexpected but deeply appreciated by everyone at Boots For All.

After a day of meaningful work, we headed to Archery Attack for some thrilling fun. The competition was fierce, but the camaraderie and laughter made it an unforgettable experience. It was the perfect way to unwind and bond with colleagues after a productive day!

This year’s Xmas in July wasn’t just about learning and giving back—it was also about strengthening the connections within our team.
